Senior Associate GRC/IRM ServiceNow Technology Implementation Solutions

What you'll do

• Execute governance and compliance initiatives to streamline business functions and reduce redundancies.
• Analyze complex problems and intricate issues to develop practical solutions for clients.
• Mentor team members to ensure they uphold high professional and technical standards.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients to provide tailored advice.
• Utilize risk management frameworks and GRC technologies to enhance client processes.

• Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for internal controls.
• Maintain strict adherence to firm codes of conduct, technical standards, and independence requirements.

What we're looking for

• 3 years of experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field like Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
• Excellence in risk management and compliance management (preferred).
• Experience designing and enhancing financial and operational processes (preferred).
• Knowledge of access control, role-based permissions, and integrating external data sources (preferred).
• Ability to implement GRC technology solutions (preferred).
• Ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships (preferred).
