As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist within the ServiceNow business group, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment. You will work to help organizations reimagine service and customer operations while modernizing work through the platform's capabilities. Your daily responsibilities involve implementing core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. To succeed in this role, you must possess at least three years of experience with ServiceNow implementations and JavaScript or related application development. The role requires proficiency in SQL, Web Service Integration, and potentially Angular JS, LDAP integration, and Single Sign-on configuration. You will address complex business problems by coordinating services across the enterprise to improve speed and efficiency while utilizing specialized modules like ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, and PPM.
Deliver ServiceNow solutions and services within a client consulting environment.
Develop applications using JavaScript and related programming languages.
Implement core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Integrate web services and configure LDAP or Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
Manage and configure advanced platform features such as ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and Security.
Present technical solutions and project updates to large audiences of stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Must have at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in JavaScript or related application development.
Must have at least 3 years of experience with Application Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
Must possess an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of work experience if a Bachelor's is not held.
Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Developer, and Certified ATP Trainer.
Advanced skills in Angular JS, ServiceNow Development APIs, Web Service Integration, LDAP Integration, Single Sign-on configuration, and SQL are preferred.
Experience with advanced modules such as ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, PPM, Platform/Integration, and Portal/UI is a plus.
