What you'll do

Develop and maintain complex technology platforms including agentic AI engineering systems.
Utilize AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for daily development tasks.
Improve AI output quality through prompt optimization and model tuning.
Convert unstructured inputs into structured artifacts such as requirements, user stories, and test cases.
Code and maintain complex information system components while performing peer code reviews.
Partner with QA teams to review test cases, triage defects, and perform system testing.
Provide production support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and participating in on-call rotations.
Ensure responsible AI practices by maintaining data privacy and secure handling of sensitive information.

What we're looking for

A BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study is required.
Minimum of 3 years experience on one platform, multi database, multi language, or multi business application is required.
Experience with US healthcare, payer, claims, clinical, HIPAA, PHI, regulated industry, or enterprise security (preferred).
Project experience including Agile project management and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) (preferred).
Strong software engineering fundamentals including cloud-native development, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure SDLC (preferred).
Experience building or integrating AI agents, RAG, model routing, evaluations, guardrails, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore (preferred).
Ability to review, test, and harden AI-generated code (preferred).
Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences (preferred).
