AI Engineer III

What you'll do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain production-quality AI models and machine learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build scalable data pipelines and preprocessing workflows to support model training and inference.
• Transition experimental research prototypes into robust, production-ready systems with full operational readiness.
• Implement MLOps practices including monitoring for performance, data drift, and reliability in production environments.
• Establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and automated alerting for AI service metrics like latency and availability.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing business workflows through the development of RESTful APIs.
• Ensure all AI systems comply with enterprise governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like LLMs and generative AI to drive innovation and solve business problems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience designing and shipping machine learning models to production is required.
• Experience leading the design of at least one significant ML-powered feature is required.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for API development and software design is required.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and LLM technologies including LangChain and RAG systems.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring for drift and performance.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and associated AI/ML services.
