AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Integrate AI capabilities into production systems using established software engineering patterns.
• Develop autonomous, goal-oriented multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build RAG solutions utilizing Knowledge Graphs and fine-tuned Small Language Models (SLMs).
• Implement optimized inference workflows for LLMs, external APIs, and distributed services.
• Create AI evaluation frameworks and production validation tests using ReAct and human-in-the-loop methods.
• Develop scalable AI functionality to move products from concept to real-world environments.
• Manage secure API integrations including OAuth2, JWT, and containerized CI/CD pipelines.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining production software systems in Python.
• Experience designing and implementing AI agent architectures using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, or A2A.
• Experience building RAG solutions with Knowledge Graphs and fine-tuning SLMs using ONNX, GGML, or Ollama.
• Experience integrating LLMs, external APIs, and distributed services into production environments with optimized inference workflows.
• Experience developing AI evaluation frameworks, integration tests, and production validation using ReAct and human-in-the-loop methodologies.
• Knowledge of secure HTTP APIs, OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Data Science and a DoD 8140 baseline Level II Certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CISSP).
