What you'll do

  • Design, build, and deploy complex AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph to automate decision-making processes.
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering and context frameworks to ensure high accuracy in AI agent performance.

  • Engineer and operate scalable AI systems on Google Cloud Platform using Kubernetes and containerized microservices.
  • Establish MLOps best practices for monitoring, versioning, and observability of agentic workflows using tools like Langfuse.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers while providing mentorship and technical direction to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Utilize AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Gemini to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.
  • Define technical strategies, roadmaps, and architectural decisions in collaboration with product leaders and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of technical leadership.
  • Experience in a dedicated AI/ML role involving model integration, MLOps, and business problem solving.
  • Direct experience architecting and building solutions with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
  • In-depth experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI/ML services like Vertex AI.
  • 3+ years of proven experience leveraging Kubernetes workloads.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Expertise in cloud-native technologies including Docker, Terraform, CI/CD tools, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
