What you'll do

Lead and oversee Front Office team members and regional resources.
Act as the senior escalation authority for P1/P2 incidents and production crises.
Manage end-to-end ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
Take accountability for audit findings and remediation of revenue-impacting platforms.
Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation for new resources.
Drive the automation of L2/L3 support workflows and AI-enabled incident triage.
Oversee data integrity, trade processing, and reporting accuracy across critical systems.

What we're looking for

Experience working with business clients to understand issues impeding their day-to-day activities.
Ability to serve as a platform owner, senior escalation leader, and enterprise operations authority across data, cloud, and ITSM domains.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, Autosys, Unix/Linux including shell scripting, and general Windows knowledge.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
15+ years of database administration, cloud, and production support experience (preferred).
Experience managing production support teams (preferred).
Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in a computer or IT related subject (preferred).
