What you'll do

Perform triage, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking for critical data platform production issues.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely closure of issues impacting business users, clients, or regulators.
Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of enhancement and change requests using JIRA.
Perform SQL-based data verification to ensure platform data is accurate, reconciled, and controlled.
Identify and manage operational, data, and delivery risks while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
Support internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries related to data platforms.
Guide onshore and offshore BAU teams and support resources in daily operations.
Support Informatica-based ETL/ELT and data integration platforms to maintain data stability.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
7–10+ years of experience in data platforms, application support, and investment management.
Strong experience managing maintenance, support, operations, and incident escalation in a regulated environment.
Hands-on experience supporting Informatica-based ETL/ELT and data integration platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with experience influencing globally distributed teams.
Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution of complex production issues.
Understanding of investment data, reference data, and reporting flows.
Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
