As a Fullstack Software Engineer II within the Consumer and Investment Banking team, you will serve as a senior engineer on an agile team to design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products. You will also manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes while navigating the software development life cycle. What you'll do

Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and algorithms for complex applications.
Create architecture and design artifacts while ensuring all software code meets specific design constraints.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify patterns and improve system architecture and coding hygiene.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to generate, refactor, and document code while ensuring security standards.
Manage the full software development lifecycle using automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers within an agile team environment.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems by developing non-conventional solutions for firm-wide business objectives.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Experience building rich and complex user interfaces using Modern JavaScript and React JS.
Experience building complex backend applications using Modern Java 11+, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, security, and guidance on safe usage for peers.
Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
