What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing and maintaining code using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, React/Angular, and AWS.
Experience designing and supporting full stack applications across user interface, middleware, and backend services.
Experience building scalable cloud-native applications using AWS services and distributed architectures.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, refine, and validate code.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity and security standards.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies like CI/CD and application resiliency.
