What you'll do

  • Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify patterns and improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, and documentation.
  • Validate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure performance, security, and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge and automation capabilities to increase delivery speed and productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, and REST Services.
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Jira.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs and outputs.
