What you'll do

Develop, design, and troubleshoot complex software solutions across multiple technical areas.
Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with systems.

Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring all design constraints are met by the code.

Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly to prevent recurring problems.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using Java or Python.
Proficiency with modern front-end stacks including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React frameworks.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and pre-compilers like Sass and LESS.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, refine, and validate code.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows regarding data sensitivity and security.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
