What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Demonstrable ability to code and hands-on expertise in J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka, and React.js.
Hands-on experience with TDD using JUnit and Mockito.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs for correctness and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency expectations.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (preferred).
Exposure to cloud technologies (preferred).
