What you'll do

Develop, test, and implement FPGA designs using Xilinx SoC/FPGA platforms.
Integrate third-party vendor IP into existing systems as required.
Manage the full design lifecycle from initial requirements and concepts to hardware bring-up.
Implement various signal types including high-speed communications like Ethernet and serial.
Execute digital and analog signal processing designs.
Ensure all designs meet safety and performance standards with traceable system requirements.
Investigate and resolve bugs identified during hands-on testing at both HDL and system levels.

What we're looking for

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred 5+ years of experience in FPGA/HDL hardware design.
Proficiency in VHDL and/or Verilog is required.
Experience with Xilinx SoC is highly preferred.
Familiarity with design software such as Vivado, ModelSim, or Quartus.
Experience in SoC hardware bring-up, preferably on ARM-based systems.
Ability to perform low-level firmware development in C/C++ for bring-up and testing.
Knowledge of high-speed communications, signal processing, and designing for safety-critical functions.
