Senior Staff Foundry Engineer for Advanced Technology

What you'll do

• Drive the bring-up, qualification, and ramp of advanced semiconductor technologies for the automotive business.
• Define the technology roadmap to ensure robust process integration and high yield.
• Improve manufacturing yield through defect pareto development and failure analysis methodologies.
• Debug complex reliability issues across the entire product lifecycle.
• Ensure all products comply with established automotive quality standards.
• Perform data and statistical analysis for both device performance and yield improvement.
• Liaise with internal teams and external foundry partners to define optimal technologies meeting product requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in ASIC design, verification, validation, or integration.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in ASIC design, verification, validation, or integration.
• PhD with 4+ years of experience in ASIC design, verification, validation, or integration.
• 8+ years of experience in leading semiconductor process development, integration, and yield improvement.
• Proficiency in advanced technology including process flow, device physics, testing, repair schemes, and reliability.
• Solid understanding of yield improvement methodology and Failure Analysis (FA) methods.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools for both device and yield analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external foundry partners to define technology roadmaps.
