What you'll do

Lead the technical relationship for a specific set of large and strategic SSE accounts.
Drive proactive account health by improving deployment planning and configuration consistency.
Build clean engineering escalations including timelines, impact analysis, logs, and packet captures.
Translate recurring customer patterns into concrete requirements for product and engineering roadmaps.
Create and support CX-driven runbooks and documentation based on lessons learned from deployments.
Script in Bash and Python for diagnostics, health checks, and lab reproductions.
Use AI-assisted log analysis to provide verified technical conclusions to customers and engineering.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
Must have 7+ years of experience in networking or security with direct customer ownership.
Must have experience with DNS, routing, IPsec tunnels, TLS, SAML, SWG/Web Proxy, and cloud networking.
Must have experience with zero trust access, VPN, web inspection in the cloud, CASB, DLP, and firewall policy.
Must have 5+ years of experience with identity and SSO integrations (SAML/OIDC, SCIM) in enterprise deployments.
Must be able to travel up to 50% within the U.S. and internationally.
Experience with on-premises and cloud security/networking products in production environments (preferred).
Experience with packet capture/analysis and familiarity with DPI-related failure modes (preferred).
