What you'll do

  • Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers regarding Workers and Workers AI platforms.
  • Lead architectural discussions and design sessions to ensure optimal application of Cloudflare offerings.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and deliver strategic solutions in coordination with support and product teams.
  • Manage and navigate complex configurations using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for customer stability.
  • Advise customers on best practices for security, network optimization, scalability, and performance tuning.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions aligned with the Cloudflare technology stack.
  • Advocate for customer needs to influence the internal product roadmap and improve overall experience.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of Cloudflare’s Application and Security portfolio and cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience protecting web applications, APIs, and services using WAF, DDoS, DNS, and Bot Management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with Cloudflare products within Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong consultative skills to solve complex technical problems in customer environments.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Experience with coding, Cloudflare Workers, Workers AI (preferred); experience in customer onsite placement (preferred).
  • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
