What we're looking for
5 to experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-embedded role.
Deep experience with Agentic AI including LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector stores, and hybrid retrieval.
Experience with LLMs and tooling such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist, and prompt engineering.
Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
Ability to manage multiple technical deployments simultaneously under delivery pressure and lead technical troubleshooting calls with customers.
Ability to translate ambiguity into executable requirements and communicate insights clearly to both engineers and executives.
Background in high-growth SaaS, applied AI, or fintech/ERP/accounting-adjacent domains (preferred).
Domain experience in construction, nonprofit, manufacturing, wealth management, healthcare, franchise, or field services (preferred).
