What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-embedded role.
Deep experience with Agentic AI including LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, multi-agent systems, RAG, and vector stores.
Experience with LLMs and tooling such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, and prompt engineering.
Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
Ability to manage multiple technical deployments simultaneously under delivery pressure and lead technical troubleshooting calls.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into executable requirements and communicate insights to both engineers and executives.
Background in high-growth SaaS, applied AI, or fintech/ERP/accounting-adjacent domains (preferred).
Domain experience in a priority vertical such as construction, nonprofit, manufacturing, wealth management, healthcare, franchise, or field services (preferred).
