What you'll do

Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise finance leaders to guide workflow redesign and change management.
Translate customer feedback and product gaps into structured requirements for the Engineering roadmap.
Create implementation guides and reusable assets to streamline future deployments and scale internal impact.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting.
Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
Deep expertise in Agentic AI including LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, multi-agent systems, RAG, and vector stores.
Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.
Ability to translate technical ambiguity into executable requirements for both engineers and executives.
Proven ability to manage multiple technical deployments simultaneously under delivery pressure.
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex integration, data, and automation issues.
Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to customer sites.
