What you'll do

Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
Architect and implement generative agent systems using frameworks for multi-model coordination.
Build and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure, including distributed training pipelines and API integrations.
Apply advanced evaluation methodologies to ensure model robustness, safety, fairness, and minimize hallucinations.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide expert guidance on technical enhancements and issue resolution.
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during testing phases and in production environments.
Document technical architecture, methodologies, and innovations for effective knowledge transfer.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and building resilient AI systems, implementing controls, guardrails, and production best practices.
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing AI solutions using RAG and handling data pipelines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering teams using languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, Spring, or GoLang.
Mastery of one or more AI frameworks such as Autogen, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their respective GenAI capabilities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI engineering building products with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.
Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team or being part of team management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); if an associate's degree, must have 6 years of experience.
