Your daily responsibilities involve participating in the full agile development cycle, encompassing design, code implementation, unit testing, functional testing, simulation, and real hardware integration. You will work on projects such as cryptographic processors, server virtualization, blockchain-supported secure service containers, and control systems for quantum electronics. The role requires proficiency in C, C++, Java, Assembly, or PL/X, along with scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, Perl, or Bash. You will utilize Unix/Linux environments to develop embedded programs, manage communication protocols like PCIe, and perform software performance analysis and debugging while ensuring seamless interaction between hardware components and system interfaces.

What you'll do

  • Develop firmware for hardware components including management consoles, power supplies, and I/O adapters.
  • Create software for cryptographic processors using C, C++, or Java.
  • Develop and support networking and storage I/O adapters and blockchain-related secure service containers.
  • Implement complex z/Architecture instructions and concurrent recovery functions using Assembler.
  • Design and develop control systems for quantum room temperature electronics.
  • Perform software performance analysis, debugging, and testing across the entire development cycle.
  • Develop web and mobile applications for hardware management interfaces.
  • Integrate code with hardware components using various protocols such as PCIe.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages: C, C++, Java, Assembly, or PL/X.
  • Scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Perl, Bash, or similar.
  • Fundamental education in software design and computer architecture.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux kernel functionality, LAN drivers, FPGA, or embedded systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of web/mobile application development and experience with tools like Git or IntelliJ (preferred).
