Financial Reporting Systems Lead - Executive Director

What you'll do

• Own the MIS strategy and roadmap for Finance reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive insights.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate MIS processes and data lineage.
• Build and enhance scalable reporting solutions using data pipelines, semantic layers, and self-service BI.
• Apply AI and GenAI to improve productivity, narrative commentary generation, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with P&A and Product Controllers to deliver accurate performance and risk insights.
• Establish foundational controls, reconciliations, and auditability for key metrics and reporting processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, developers, and data resources to manage delivery and prioritization.
• Present complex financial topics and crisp recommendations to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Advanced finance acumen with experience delivering MIS for P&A and/or Product Control/Controllers.
• Advanced understanding of financial performance drivers, variance analysis, forecasting, and key financial statements/metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to implement controls, governance, and audit-ready reporting processes.
• Proven track record leading data/reporting transformation programs including process simplification, automation, and platform modernization.
• Proficiency in data pipelines/ETL, BI/reporting development, SQL, and automation/workflow optimization.
• Advanced understanding of data quality, metadata, lineage, and operating model best practices.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML or GenAI to reporting, forecasting, or operational efficiency.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
