Director, BI Reporting, Sensing & Executive Analytics

What you'll do

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for BI reporting, sensing, and executive analytics platforms.
• Lead U.S.-based engineering and analytics teams to design and scale data solutions across the enterprise.
• Develop advanced capabilities including natural-language analytics, generative AI, and AI-agent experiences.
• Translate senior leadership priorities into technical investment choices and actionable capability roadmaps.
• Manage relationships with business leaders and global delivery teams to align strategy and adoption.
• Provide executive visibility on project progress, risks, trade-offs, and necessary decision points.
• Champion high-quality engineering, product, and user experience practices for all analytics solutions.
• Integrate emerging technologies and external best practices into the corporate data strategy.

What we're looking for

• A Doctorate and 4 years of experience, a Master's and 8 years of experience, or a Bachelor's and 10 years of related experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, data platforms, software products, or decision-support capabilities (preferred).
• Experience leading analytics, software engineering, and/or data engineering teams to set technical direction for enterprise environments (preferred).
• Ability to translate business strategy and senior leadership priorities into technical investment choices and execution plans (preferred).
• Strong grounding in data platforms, analytics architecture, software delivery, and platform design (preferred).
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, including LLM-based applications, generative AI, and AI agents (preferred).
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries (preferred).
