What you'll do

Define and execute multi-year technology roadmap for Client Financials portfolio.
Provide technical direction and ownership for all Client Financials products.
Implement Revenue and Expense attribution methodologies for standardized reporting.
Build strategic relationships with senior business counterparts and finance leadership.
Drive execution of high-priority cross-functional programs to meet delivery commitments.
Lead engineering teams to deliver value with focus on velocity, quality, and agility.
Champion modern engineering practices including Scaled Agile (SAFe) and DevOps.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience with Ab Initio for high-volume ETL pipeline development.
Deep expertise in Apache Superset, Druid, Pinot, and other OLAP technologies.
Proficiency in Python-based data engineering, Spark, and large-scale data processing.
Strong background in designing resilient data integration patterns across systems.
Experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN, MapReduce) for large-scale data processing.
Expertise in Parquet, Iceberg formats, Hive, Impala for high-throughput SQL-on-Hadoop workloads.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage technology delivery.
