Director, Portfolio Reporting Platform

What you'll do

• Define and execute a strategic roadmap to modernize the enterprise PowerBI reporting ecosystem into a scalable platform.
• Transform disconnected dashboards into persona-based experiences aligned with business journeys and decision-making workflows.
• Establish governance, certification processes, and lifecycle management for shared semantic assets and certified metrics.
• Simplify the reporting landscape by consolidating redundant solutions and implementing standardized design patterns.
• Partner with data engineering and AI teams to integrate conversational analytics and text-to-SQL capabilities.
• Lead and develop BI teams to execute on platform-first goals rather than individual report delivery.
• Build a Hub-and-Spoke operating model that balances enterprise standards with business flexibility.

What we're looking for

• 10 plus years leading enterprise BI, reporting, analytics, or data visualization organizations.
• 5 plus years of PowerBI platform leadership in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale reporting organizations through platform modernization, governance, and operating model transformation.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Power BI architecture, governance, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures including data lakes, semantic layers, dimensional modeling, and business logic governance.
• Experience implementing Hub-and-Spoke or governed contribution reporting models.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams and fostering accountability and innovation.
