Field Support Senior Practitioner

What you'll do

• Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Resolve complex issues in both physical and virtual desktop environments.
• Support users accessing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain hardware inventory and manage endpoint connectivity to VDI platforms.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows environments and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with VDI platforms like Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and identity management systems.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident management.
• Strong skills in hardware, operating system, and application troubleshooting.
• Relevant certifications including CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator.
