Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Resolve complex issues within Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support.
Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate workstations using enterprise endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM.
Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with IT standards.
Manage hardware inventory records and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ServiceNow system while meeting defined SLAs.
Ensure all endpoints and virtual sessions comply with corporate security policies and financial regulations.
What we're looking for
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in desktop support, end user computing, or IT support roles.
A minimum of 6+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environments and enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience supporting VDI platforms including Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, and w365.
Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and identity management.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
High School Diploma or GED.
Advanced proficiency in communication skills, problem solving, project coordination, data analysis, and team collaboration (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation, or Citrix/VMware end-user computing certifications (preferred).
