What you'll do

Provide hands-on break/fix and deployment support for laptops, desktops, and rugged factory devices.
Troubleshoot and repair printers, handheld scanners, and conference room A/V systems.
Execute incidents and requests using ITSM processes and ticket queue management.
Perform incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major technical issues.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Use SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and support efficiency.
Apply Windows troubleshooting and network diagnostics to restore services quickly.

What we're looking for

4-7 years of onsite desktop support experience across office and factory environments.
3-5 years of experience in desktop support and field services.
2-3 years of experience with audio visual devices.
2-3 years of experience with networking and WIFI.
Proficiency in Windows 11 support and laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting.
Proficiency in printer support for HP and Lexmark devices.
Proficiency in Cisco VC devices troubleshooting and telephony.
Experience with ITSM processes, SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility.
