Field Service Network Engineer

What you'll do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve network incidents and problems using ITSM principles.
• Administer and maintain voice, video, and data communications networks to meet service level agreements.
• Provide technical guidance and specialized training to end-users and junior personnel.
• Determine hardware/software compatibility by defining network specifications and input/output processes.
• Maintain network security and ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures.
• Interface with vendors to resolve issues during network outages or periods of reduced performance.
• Develop and implement network-related procedures, standards, and third-party monitoring actions.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent additional years of experience.
• Must possess a currently active CCNA certification.
• Must meet DOW 8750 requirements, be eligible for IAT level II access, and obtain ITIL V4 Foundation within six months.
• Knowledge and experience with routing and switching protocols, Cisco IOS software/hardware, and STIG patching.
• US Citizenship.
