Field Service Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide on-site field service engineering support for multiple concurrent program-related projects.
• Act as a technical bridge between engineering resources and operators or maintainers.
• Develop and mature standardization, site-specific requirements, and risk management strategies.
• Perform initial integration and configuration of mission system hardware and software subsystems.
• Troubleshoot avionics, communication systems, and mission payloads using spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Develop standard operating procedures, system block diagrams, and subsystem integration test plans.
• Execute "first flight" field test planning and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
• Manage and maintain network architecture and software integration across Windows and Linux systems.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Group 3-5 RPA or General Aviation Special Mission Aircraft Field Engineer in ISR systems.
• Experience with initial integration and configuration of mission system hardware and software subsystems.
• Strong understanding of using test equipment including Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, and multi-meters.
• Experience developing standard operating procedures, system block diagrams, and subsystem integration and test plans.
• Ability to change shifts to accommodate testing requirements and work under time-sensitive constraints.
• Current SECRET level clearance.
• Valid US passport.
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
