Field Service Representative

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for Applied Technology products to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and participate in customer briefings.
• Deliver training on products to existing and potential customers.
• Support tradeshows and product evaluation events.
• Provide test and trial support for products in development to gather early feedback.
• Translate customer needs into new features and product offerings with engineering teams.
• Develop and nurture relationships to promote products to new government customers.
• Partner with Business Development to create capture strategies to grow the business.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• An Active Secret clearance is preferred.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience.
• Must have substantial knowledge of the U.S. defense industry, including military and civilian sectors.
• Must have strong knowledge of cellular, Wi-Fi, and push-to-talk technologies.
• Experience working within the Department of Defense, Military branches, or civilian government roles is required.
• Field experience with SIGINT and/or EW products is a plus.
• Must be able to travel on a frequent basis, between 5 to 15 days per month.
