What you'll do

Manage all technical support aspects for a specific customer including escalations, fleet performance, installations, and upgrades.
Act as the primary focal point between customers and internal divisions to provide technical documentation and troubleshooting support.
Provide Alpha Site support for the installation, operation, calibration, and testing of new hardware or software designs.
Provide Beta Site support for the implementation and testing of new processes on customer tools.
Initiate and review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure data supports fixes and communicate updates to the field.
Generate and present system performance metrics including MTBF, MTBI, availability, and spending analysis.
Create and review technical documentation such as CENs and BKMs for system upgrades and support plans.
Present technical improvements and support plans at the customer level to ensure successful field implementation.
