What you'll do

Advise and lead the strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio.
Design and oversee the implementation of scalable architectural solutions for cross-domain business problems.
Lead the reuse-first adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis and solution delivery.
Translate complex technical issues and trends to leadership to drive innovation and strategic decision-making.
Drive the implementation of technical methods to create durable, reusable software frameworks that improve output velocity.
Establish and lead an architecture governance body to oversee firm-wide standards.
Establish portfolio-level guardrails for AI-assisted and agentic workflows to ensure traceability, auditability, and security.

What we're looking for

10+ years of applied experience with at least 5 years in a Senior, Lead, or Principal Architect role.
Formal training and multiple professional-level certifications in AWS and Google Cloud.
Extensive practical cloud-native experience.
Expertise in one or more programming languages, applications, and architecture disciplines.
Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Demonstrated experience leading safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities and governing AI-enabled architectural patterns.
Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams to deliver modern architecture.
Banking and financial services experience or relevant technology domain experience (preferred).
