What you'll do

  • Manage OEM vendor performance by providing feedback on support, parts, and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain a report card system to track key supplier performance metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering projects to improve factory equipment performance and meet goals.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and status reports to drive continuous improvement processes.
  • Escalate critical business needs and supply chain issues directly to OEM executive leadership.
  • Analyze equipment data using lean methodology to identify and reduce manufacturing inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data and implement novel technical solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Must be able to speak and communicate in Korean.
  • A B.S. in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
  • Previous vendor management experience with OEM vendors is required.
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance theory and operation is preferred.
  • Project management experience with a background in Lean methodology is required.
  • Data analysis and visualization skills in TIBCO Spotfire or similar software are required.
  • Must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
