What we're looking for

Strong background in designing complex electro-mechanical/opto-mechanical systems.
Experience leading product development through NPI lifecycles.
Expertise in matrix organizations, collaborating across multiple disciplines.
Background in semiconductor capital equipment or similar high-complexity systems.
