Serve as the primary administrator for the company's EHS training programs and related technologies.
Develop and maintain the corporate EHS training matrix for all job roles and locations.

Assign required training to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Monitor completion rates and follow up with managers to ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience administering compliance or EHS training programs.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory training requirements.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience managing training records in a regulated environment.
Experience developing interactive training content for in-person and digital learning.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience with specific LMS platforms, instructional design, ISO/AS standards, or professional certifications (preferred).
