What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience administering compliance or EHS training programs.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory training requirements.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing records in a regulated environment.
Experience developing interactive training content for in-person and digital learning.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience with specific LMS platforms like Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, or SAP (preferred).
Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and ISO/AS management systems (preferred); professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, or CPTM (preferred).
