JOB TITLE: Enterprise Solutions Architect - Azure The Enterprise Solutions Architect - Azure will join the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to support the HHS Office of Inspector General. This role involves architecting and implementing cloud solutions to transform federal IT infrastructure. You will design solutions that meet business and IT needs, create solution roadmaps, drive POCs and MVPs, and ensure the long-term technical viability of cloud migrations. Key responsibilities include modeling architecture for scale, resiliency, and security while optimizing performance and cost. You will utilize expertise in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Design. The role requires proficiency in Core Infrastructure, Application Development, Data and Analytics, and Low Code/No Code technologies to solve complex enterprise problems within a federal health IT portfolio.

What you'll do

Design and deliver Azure-based cloud infrastructure and application platform solutions for the HHS OIG portfolio.
Model cloud architecture to ensure scale, resiliency, security, performance, and cost optimization.
Lead modernization and migration strategies that align with enterprise and security requirements.
Create solution roadmaps and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Ensure the long-term technical viability of cloud migrations using relevant technologies.
Maintain technical documentation and artifacts to ensure compliance with government standards.
Apply expertise in AI and Data Analytics to architect complex enterprise projects.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must possess a Public Trust clearance and pass a background check.
Must hold a Microsoft Certified - Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
Must have at least 10 years of experience architecting and delivering cloud infrastructure and application platform solutions for large-scale enterprise projects.
Must have at least 8 years of experience in at least one of the following: Core Infrastructure, Application Development, Data and Analytics, or Low Code/No Code.
Must have experience in AI and Data Analytics.
Security Clearance level: Public Trust clearance.
