What you'll do

Design and develop cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to meet customer requirements.
Support business development by writing white papers, performing trade studies, and drafting technical proposals.
Define system requirements and design microservices, containers, and serverless frameworks for mission-critical programs.
Create and maintain virtualized, containerized, and cloud-ready environments with regular security updates.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, and microservices to lead technical teams.
Collaborate with security teams to define and implement necessary security controls for cloud solutions.
Build scalable infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
Field and maintain cloud-based solutions in customer environments to ensure operational success.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience are required.
At least 6 years of software development experience is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA public trust suitability.
Experience leading teams to deliver enterprise solutions with RESTful Web Services, Microservices, and Cloud components (AWS preferred) is preferred.
3+ years of experience leveraging CSPs for Cloud computing, Containers, VPC, IaC, and Security Groups is preferred.
3+ years of experience designing scalable infrastructure and automated deployment using Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred.
AWS Solutions Architect and AWS Sys Ops certifications, and Kubernetes Administrator certifications are preferred.
Security clearance.
