Microsoft Azure Agentic AI Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end Agentic AI architectures using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Architect enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, including document ingestion, chunking, and hybrid search patterns.
• Design secure cloud-native integrations using Azure Functions, Container Apps, API Management, and Microsoft 365.
• Establish security guardrails for prompt injection, data leakage, and human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive agent actions.
• Define CI/CD pipelines and lifecycle management for prompts, models, agents, and knowledge assets.
• Design production observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights to track latency, reliability, and cost.
• Produce architecture artifacts including high-level designs, security models, and architecture decision records.
• Lead discovery workshops and provide technical leadership from initial ideation through production deployment.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of overall technology experience with significant solution or enterprise architecture responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience designing solutions on Microsoft Azure, including cloud-native, integration, security, and data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and the Azure AI ecosystem.
• Experience with agent frameworks or SDKs such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph/LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with Python and/or .NET/Java and REST/API-based integration.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, Azure DevOps/GitHub, and CI/CD.
• Microsoft certifications relevant to Azure and Agentic AI, such as AI-103 or AB-100 (preferred).
