JOB TITLE: Manager Information Technology 3 - 19439 - Roy Utah
The Defense Systems CIDO PMO is seeking a Senior Chief Information and Data Office Program Manager to support the Sentinel Program within the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division. This role serves as the primary interface between program leadership and enterprise groups, overseeing all CIDO services including Service Center Operations, Cyber Security, and Security. The manager will execute IT strategies, gather technical requirements, perform build versus buy analyses, and manage infrastructure solutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing proposal development, staffing plans, and budget management while coordinating testing and user training. The position requires expertise in IT infrastructure, business applications, and project management to support the Digital EcoSystem Roadmap. The work focuses on implementing innovative information technology solutions to enable strategic business initiatives for the Sentinel Program.
Execute CIDO strategy and operational activities including service delivery, technical requirements gathering, and infrastructure solutions.
Act as the primary interface between Sentinel Program leadership and enterprise CIDO support teams.
Manage budgets, costs, and project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services.
Oversee proposal development, staffing plans, product acquisition, and teaming relationships.
Coordinate testing, acceptance of CIDO initiatives, pre-production support, and user training.
Identify systemic technical challenges and coordinate solutions with CIDO and Global Operations functional representatives.
Monitor customer satisfaction and engage resources to meet or exceed service level objectives.
Develop and present functional business unit initiatives to obtain necessary approvals.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience.
3 years of management experience or program management experience.
US Citizenship with an active U.S. Government Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date within the last 6 years.
Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance and SAP access.
Experience in project management, cost, budgets, or scheduling.
Familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or liaison interfacing for large enterprise organizations.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.
Prior Northrop Grumman Defense Sector SDS Div or Sentinel Program specific experience (preferred).
