What you'll do

Perform testing, check-out, and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, and defined plans.
Troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems.
Inspect materials and components for surface defects and measure circuitry using precision instruments.
Conduct operational tests and fault isolation to determine methods for remedying malfunctions.
Support the design, construction, testing, and check-out of specialized test equipment.
Operate diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus.
Collect design data and support research efforts during engineering tests with development engineers.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of related work experience.
Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, testing, or troubleshooting of equipment or electronics.
Ability to perform fault isolation and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using schematics and diagrams.
Proficiency with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and precision measuring instruments.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in computer-based data systems and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to work a shift schedule.
An Associate degree, Technical Certificate, or Diploma in a technical field is preferred.
