Collaborating with development engineers, you will also troubleshoot prototypes and models. Required skills include experience in electronics maintenance or repair, proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based data systems, and effective English communication. This role addresses technical challenges within the semiconductor industry through precise engineering of complex equipment.

What you'll do

Perform testing, check-out, and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, and defined plans.
Troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems.
Inspect materials and components for surface defects and measure circuitry using precision instruments.
Conduct operational tests and fault isolation to determine methods to remedy malfunctions.
Operate diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus.
Assist development engineers in creating, designing, and troubleshooting prototypes and models.

What we're looking for

6+ years of related experience.
Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, testing, or troubleshooting of equipment or electronics.
Proficiency in using electronic test equipment, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to perform fault isolation and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using schematics and diagrams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in computer-based data systems and Microsoft Office software.
Availability to work a shift schedule.
Associate degree, Technical Certificate, or Diploma in a technical field is preferred.
