You will also collect data to improve designs and mentor junior colleagues. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, or equivalent work experience.
Hands-on experience in electronic circuit design (analog, digital), signal and controls theory, board design, troubleshooting, and validation.
Solid understanding of AC/DC power distribution systems.
In-depth system level understanding of electrical architecture, system integration, and applications.
Working knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and low voltage circuit design for power and control applications.
Expertise in applying power and controls technologies for systems automation.
Knowledge of CAD tools for circuit design and simulation such as PCAD, ORCAD, ZUKEN, AutoCAD, Spice, ADS, or HFSS.
Familiarity with design for serviceability, manufacturability, reliability, and troubleshooting techniques like 5-why or 8D (preferred); experience in semiconductor, industrial, automotive, or military industries (preferred).
