Engineering Project Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and execute large-scale engineering projects for application development and retail system deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT projects involving device implementation and information security for critical hardware.
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle and project plans to ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for tasks assigned to engineers and testers.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across IS&T and retail teams.
• Define requirements, metrics, and key performance indicators by interfacing with engineering and product teams.
• Author technical documentation and facilitate training programs to ensure operational continuity.
• Track project risks and manage project data using proprietary systems and standard planning tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation, or 7 years of experience without a degree.
• 4 years of experience identifying and tracking project risks using tools like Quip, Miro, Google Suite, or Office 365.
• 4 years of experience obtaining product feedback from customers for submission to engineering teams.
• 4 years of experience utilizing deep knowledge of hardware and software products to predict and resolve issues.
• 4 years of experience utilizing proprietary systems to manage and maintain project data.
• 4 years of experience authoring internal technical documentation and facilitating training programs.
• 4 years of experience mentoring team members, developing UI/Graphic elements with Adobe Suite/Sketch/JS/HTML/CSS, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
