Engineering Project Manager (SAP MM/LE Functional Analyst), IS&T Enterprise Systems joins the team managing the world's largest single-instance SAP deployment to sustain global supply chains and financial systems. You will utilize SAP MM, LE, and S/4 HANA, while defining system interfaces using IDOC, RFC, EDI, XML, and API. The work involves optimizing procurement, planning, service repair logistics, and reverse logistics within a complex global supply chain environment.

What you'll do

Configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business needs and align with system architecture.
Lead business process and gap analysis to identify optimization opportunities and recommend solutions.
Author functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on system integration and data migration.
Manage unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate system solutions.
Provide post-go-live support including issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
Develop and deliver training sessions and end-user documentation for new system solutions.
Formulate project roadmaps and plans to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, technology (STEM), or other similar field of study.
8 years of functional, design, and configuration experience in SAP MM/LE and a project lead role.
8 years of knowledge and experience of SAP project implementation with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
8 years of implementation experience with global business processes in supply chain execution, procurement, planning, service repair, and reverse logistics.
8 years of experience defining and enhancing system interfaces using IDOC/RFC/EDI/XML/API to integrate with supplier and logistics partners.
Knowledge and experience in one or more SAP technologies such as BTP, Fiori / UI5, BRF+, or Enterprise Portal (preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional global teams on complex projects in a distributed organization (preferred).
Strong and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills (preferred).
