The IS&T Engineering Project Manager (SAP), IS&T Enterprise Systems joins the IS&T SAP team to drive test management and execution of all projects within the SAP Test Management Office. This role involves collaborating with business, functional, and technical teams to implement scalable test management solutions following established software development methodologies. Key responsibilities include integrating SAP SD with front-end systems like B2B e-Commerce and Point of Sale, performing functional and technical analysis of requirements, and troubleshooting business-impacting issues. The candidate will utilize technologies including SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and SAP BTP, while implementing interfaces through RFC, Webservices, EAI, Geneva, and SoA. The role focuses on the Order to Cash (OTC) business process, managing complex cross-functional projects to ensure seamless production launches for large-scale enterprise systems across various customer channels and global regions.
Integrate SAP SD with front-end systems including B2B e-Commerce, Apple Online Store, and Point of Sale platforms.
Perform functional and technical analysis of requirements to propose design solutions and manage change requests.
Resolve business-impacting issues through hands-on technical troubleshooting and partner consultation within SAP systems.
Define project scope and gather business requirements for various customer channels.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines in coordination with project managers and track leads.
Drive test cycles to ensure smooth production launches and successful handovers to support teams.
Implement end-to-end solutions using SAP ECC/S4 HANA Sales and SAP BTP technologies.
Develop interfaces across various systems using frameworks like RFC, Webservices, EAI, Geneva, and SoA.
What we're looking for
6 years of experience in OTC business process, SAP SD configuration, and development.
6 years of expertise in S/4 HANA.
6 years of experience in SAP Functional hands-on experience and managing complex cross-functional projects.
At least one full life-cycle implementation of an SAP OTC related project for a global, multi-national corporation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with Pricing Management, E2E Integration with CRM, MM and FICO, and testing skills (preferred).
Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, and reports (preferred).
Experience with SD interfaces, payment processing, third-party sales, GenAI, automation tools, and ABAP debugging (preferred).
