What you'll do

Configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business needs and system architecture best practices.
Lead business process and gap analyses to identify optimization opportunities and recommend solutions.
Own functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for system integration and data migration.
Manage unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate all solutions.
Provide post-go-live support including issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
Develop and deliver training sessions and end-user documentation for new solutions.
Ensure project delivery meets scope, budget, and quality standards in coordination with project management.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to align on project goals.

What we're looking for

8 years of experience with SAP configuration and business process mapping.
8 years of experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Agile.
8 years of experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, technology (STEM), or a similar field of study.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working with cross-functional teams (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines (preferred).
Experience with multiple SAP modules, system integration, data migration, or ABAP programming (preferred).
