What you'll do

  • Manage mid-to-large scale SAP greenfield projects involving the design and configuration of FICO modules.
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders to create conceptual and detailed designs for retail solutions.
  • Perform SAP configurations and write detailed specifications for the development of custom programs.
  • Manage project lifecycles including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Conduct functional and technical gap analyses to ensure scalable designs meet security and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams like POS, Data Warehouse, and ABAP to integrate SAP Retail functionalities.
  • Oversee testing cycles, cutover activities, and warranty support to ensure successful production launches.
  • Track issues and manage scope changes during the transition from project implementation to production support.

What we're looking for

  • BS or MS degree in Business or Technology or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 5 years of hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, and reports.
  • 5 years of SD functionality experience throughout the order to cash process, including billing and integration with FI/CO.
  • 5 years of experience in payments processing, including credit cards, loans, wire transfer, and mobile payments.
  • Experience or exposure to SAP FI and SD integration and configuration within ECC and SAP IS Retail (preferred).
  • SOH or S/4 HANA experience is an added advantage (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles (preferred).
  • Experience implementing Web Based applications using SAP Portal landscape (preferred).
